Read the Sticky "How to make a dose working 100% of the time". It should help you.

Moderate to high seems to be the best path. Otherwise, you could just take a day off and bomb your brain with 15+ doses in a row.

Interesting. I have made some research, and it seems you were able to practice Speed Reading. Instead of the average 300 words per minute, you were around 3000... It usually takes quite a lot of exercises to get your brain used to the techniques, but it seems I-Doser makes it easier.
