If it's too low, there's a possibility that outside noises could interfere. If it's too high, the sound might become distorted and the dose won't work for you. So just make sure it's at a level that YOU are comfortable with and all shall be well

Anyone who goes into this thinking its not going to work...common sense should tell you...it's not going to work. I believe in binaural brainwave technology, therefor, every single dose i've tried has worked for me.

Speed is a great dose, made me more off the wall than energized though.

Actually it's very well known in the united states. A friend of mine did it and he entered a "LEGO matrix". When my girlfriend tried it, she thought she was in alice in wonderland.

Maybe a dose that energizes your chakra when you are completely exhausted? I haven't come across a dose that can do that yet.

I-Doser has never failed me. I use Centrios Studio Headphones. I concentrate on nothing but what's coming through the headphones. It's much easier now that I meditate before or while listening, it also helps my results become stronger and last longer. You can't have any interruptions at all or you'l...
