Does anybody know of a program that can test my headphones working in both ears?

like i know i sound like a moron, but i don't understand what you mean by focus on the sounds. like block everything out in my memory? the headphones i use are good

its really hard for me.

still haven't felt much. i think i'm immune, but i still do not know.
i just did the french roast and i heard pans in my kitchen like twice, but my eye bags went away. BUT im still tired.
