It depends on how far is you bed from your PC. For example I have to go in another room

It presses mouse button after adjusted amount of time. So you just aim your mouse on "Play dose" button and it clicks it while you have plenty of time to relax.

Hello. I had troubles before in the beginning of the dose because I had to press button then go to my bed and getting into comfortable position. Hello. After trying a large amount of different doses I finaly tried White Crosses. It started same as usual. At like 20-30% I felt asleep. At 80% I woke up and in the next 30 seconds whole my body became shaking and pulsing. In next few moments I realized what's happening and started to concentrate...

But I saw a lot of people saying that brain can get used to beats. Maybe this dose does it faster and more intensive?

Which characteristics are importaint for headphones to make I-doser work properly? I actually can't see any big diffeneces in characteristics between 20$ and 100$ headphones.
