Perhaps if the doses were mp3's and played using media player, or maybe yeah another song muted while the dose plays, though I can see the visuls for a dose being pretty cool to see.

Yep, comfortable and relaxed, physically and mentally have the biggest effect on a dose.

There ya go, general classification of each dose and more or less what it does, besides the experiences in this forum. As far as strenghts that depends person to person, but try a search here, some have been listed already.

The static is nornal, apparently it's a 'carrier' for the lower frequency, and it helps keep your brain from wandering much, if you can concentrate on the hiss or tones. The white noise calms you down and makes you brain more receptive to the dose, iirc.

French Roast: Probably one of the more popular doses around, but I'll add it in. Felt a bit more awake about halfway through the dose, and increasingly so near the end. Oddly enough I'd say you feel the full effects (at least I did) after the dose is done, and it gets stronger the more you dose. I ...

Yep, it's the other dose besides JuiceIT that's classified as a steroid. The two seem to be made as a combo, each affecting different parts of you (physical vs. mental). I've got Vista Premium and I-Doser v4.5 and it runs perfectly, bit choppy sometimes if there's much else going on (but I lack RAM) but it's been fine for me.
