They sell the mp3 versions on the web site, you can download those and they will play on your i-pod. That is the way I have been using them so I am not tied to my computer and I can lay down and relax.

Which doses are included in the iphone app? Thinking about getting the app but I would like to know which ones come with it. Thanks.
