Sometimes, for me at least, it works not to focus on the beat or on the music even. It just helps to just to think about something else. but on the other hand it sometimes works to focus on the beats its mostly trial and error to find out which Doses work for which method.

what helped me was not focusing on the music just lay there and think of what ever you want to think of it doesn't realy matter. also sometimes it just takes awhile for it to start working.Nazdarovye and good luck
