nothing experienced! like everytime, i felt like my chest and my hands are numb. but when i thought that im spinning... nothing happned! i didnt felt anything like spinning! so that ,means thats not trance state :/ im so sad :/ why doesnt it work?

could you help and say how much time it takes to go to trance state?
