well, I put a lot of doses on my iPod. If you do that, you can put it on repeat.

It's not addicting, but it is habit forming. Kind of like watching TV. You could easily get up and go for a jog, but you watch TV. Not addciting, Habit Forming.

NO! mp3 do remove some of the tones to make the file smaller, but I've seen the coding for the doses and iDoser, NOTHING IS LOST. If anything, the subliminal messages to buy more doses are gone, but that's it!

Why not just crank the headphones up really loud and then push them in for half an hour? That'll be a nice deafness dose!

I tried it earlier today! This is the only dose with hard (very hard :D ) evidence that it's working. Sorry, bad pun. Around one pm, I decided to try it.
