A few things could happen i guess...

1. You get sleepy as hell
2. You stay the same (energized as f*ck)
3. You get like in normal cases, not too tired, and not too energized

In my dreams, i sometimes feel i can remote them. Like... i can hear my self in the dream saying: "This is just a dream, stop it, stop it, stop it" continously. So my question is.. is that lucid dreaming, or what is it really? Sorry for my bad english, i am not a native english speaker. I'...
