headphones turned up or just so i can hear it?

concentrate on the sounds or not?

laying down or sitting up?

i just recently started using i-doser. so far, i;ve used hand of god, nitrous, peyote, marijuana, out of body, and a-bomb. the furthest any of them have taken me is just a cold sweat and some tingling. wut am i doing wrong? i lay in bed with my headphones turned all the way up and wait for something...
