Hey whats up!!
I think it would be great to have an amanita muscaria dose.
Amanita Muscaria is a very toxic mushroom thats why iss famous for its hallucinogenic properties.
Amanita Muscaria
Amantia is a more delusional/deleriant dose, similar to the anti-cholorgants(i think, though spelling is off) datura, diphenhydramine and dimenhydramine(wow, i can't believe I actually spelled those right!). These things even ignoring the very heavy and toxic effect on the body aren't really enjoyed by most, as its different then traditional psychedelics where you may realize you are hallucinating.
Taking deleriants is like being in a waking dream, while actually awake and not realizing you're awake or that the person you're talking to isn't real. It does make for some wild stories though...
Oddly enough I think the mushroom picture used in the Trip dose is Amantia, looks just like it.

a normal piece of it (a small cube) can kill a person in five minutes. In case people don't know, it is one of the ninja assination methods. It looks and tastes like a normal mushroom, until the consumer eats it, then they drop dead in a few minutes. A perfect dose for suicidal people. Know what it feels like after more than five minutes of surviving a highly toxic mushroom, oh yeah, real fun there.
Only one person here seems to know what it can do. To tell the truth, I am not really surprised at that.

mangakid_19> "Hallucinogen" doesn't mean it's the toxicity that makes this effect.
Many books write about the toxicity of the amanita muscaria but it is hard to find objective informations about the effects of this mushroom...
If the person eating it isn't a child, I don't think it will die. I ate much more than a cube without any effect (but it's true that it was at the end(?) of the autumn).
However, we can tell that drying the mushrooms decreases the toxicity and makes them more potent (that converts the ibotenic acid into muscimol).
One of the substances that is clearly only toxic would be the muscarine.
A last thing: amanitas in Europa and Asia wouldn't have the same constitution about the quantity of substances that the ones from America, something like that. Siberian (and some american(?) shamans and vikings also took this shroom (and even now concerning the shamans) but it is maybe effectively very different from other drugs/entheogens.
If you research a good website about psychedelics (pictures and informations), go on http://www.erowid.org.[/url]
