Tried Vico

Yeah, I tried Vico just then, using headphones, lying on my bed, eyes closed, concentrating and stuff like that but I didn't get a good effect.

The best thing was the fading colours with my eyes closed. They just sort of blended from light to dark in a continuous tunnel. Also, when it was finished I looked outside and the road seemed to move in a separate distance as if it was actually a metre closer than it was...

Thanks for recommending Vico, Ness, but I don't think it's exactly worth half an hour of my time ;P

So far that's the one that's had the most effect (very little though). It made my arms really knackered. I could move them, but it took a little bit of strength to do it so it was a little wierd. It just made me really tired I suppose, nothing that great really.
