as a new user ive found that appart from using all the instructions given to me i.e. relaxing, dark room, concentraing etc.. the doses still wern't really working for me. then i found out a way to get them to work quick and easy...
all you have to do is listen to the reset dose before doing a dose... i've found that this proves effective because reset will A. reset your brain waves of course and B. because you will be listening to a dose you be relaxed and in that frame of mind... usually when you jump into a dose your mind is still functioning. listening to a dose that will not really do anything to you will enable you to get in that meditative state a whole lot easier.
alot of people seem to overlook the fact that idoser is essencially a meditation process and in that sence you need a clear mind and be relaxed for it to have an effect. and by doing the reset dose before you will be able to clear your head and be ready to properly expierince what idoser can do.

i do meditate and it's not like i found this and said OH SW33T FREE DRUGS
i really do meditate
but still i practice, but i'm far from being able to just drop all my thoughts
but it didn't even occur to me to try to reset dose
it makes perfect sense.
last time i did an EKG i was at 39Hz
and my doctor said that @36 was about average for me
so it's a bitch to get down to below 15
letalone to to the 8Hz Reset is supposed to put you at
the only time a dose has worked for me is when i did it right when i woke up.
i often have lucid dreams within the hour i wake up so my level would be at like 6 Hz to begin with.
i'll def try reset.
i'm on my laptop right now, when i get home i'll do it.

Thank you so much dude. I tried Opium, Trip, Crystal Meth, and Marijuana. None of them worked, but one time I tried reset after Opium then Orgasm and Orgasm was the only one to work, so that's why. My girl keeps getting mad because it hasn't worked for her and now I can finally get one to work with her... Thank you so much!
