Well, i was thinking today, about all the people who say it doesnt work and the doctors that say sound cant affect your brain.

But i realized that sound DOES affect us everyday. Im sure people listen to music all the time. Different songs affect your emotions, your mood, and sometimes, even the way you think.

A sad song depresses you, a happy song makes you happy, etc.

So if music can affect you in ways like that, who is to say IDoser cant?

The only thing is the way that binaural beats affect you is completely different from the way music affects you

Doctors haven't said binaural entrainment doesn't work, they've said binaural entrainment can't produce visual hallucinations. It's long been known that sound can affect brainwaves.
