OBE tutorial?

I would like to experience OBE, but I don't know what am I supposed to do. So is there a tutorial or even some hints? And don't suggest me to try idoser's Out of Body, I would like to experience it without that.

I havn't really managed to have an OBE but I havn't tried that hard yet anyway.
