How often do i need to use reset?

For example The last time I did I-doser is 3 hours ago.. is this enough or do i still need to use reset to be able to idose again.. help i need an answer fast

by 3 hours you brain will be back to normal and you only need Reset once, i think, but you have to know and feel when your back to your normal self.
