Hey, I'm new and I have a lot of qeustions

Hey, I'm very excited to start using this. Here are my questions:

How many times do you have to do it before you get any effects? I know you have to do it when you're relaxing, but when can you use them when you're like at school (study hall) or working out?

I've actually already tried a few times, and had barely any affect. This is normal?

Which doses should I use to feel SOMETHING fast?

When I was using it I was laying in a bed with the lights dimmed and focusing.

I want to do HoG. Will it work the first time?

When do you usually use them? Which ones can you use publicly?

I'll probably ask more later. thank you!

Welcome to I-Doser.
*"How many times do you have to do it before you get any effects?"*
- It differs between each person, it took me 2 tries before i got an effect but, i think i had a little effect the first time (my first dose was Opium btw)
Keep trying and your brain will get use to binaurel beats. I sometimes listen to half or the first 5 or 10 minutes a dose and then do the same dose again but in full... it helped with nitrous.

*"when can you use them when you're like at school"*
- I sometimes do it at lunch break but it's not that good, too many distractions.

*"I've actually already tried a few times, and had barely any affect. This is normal?"*
- Yup...

*"Which doses should I use to feel SOMETHING fast?"*
- Quickhits and if not that then Nitrous.

*"I want to do HoG. Will it work the first time?"*
- You're new to do so DOUBT IT.

*"When do you usually use them? Which ones can you use publicly?"*
- When i'm bored or have too much time on my hands. Any one of them is ok except some sexual ones... unless you want to have an orgasm in public.

Hope i answered your questions good enough.
Bye!

-A side note about when to use them.

Truth is, you've gotta relax. Lay back in bed, pull the curtains, do some breathing beforehand. If you really want to do them at school, wait till study hall or some equally relaxing time. Even then, I would stick with something simple like QuickHappy. The longer ones take more of a commitment, and often times I doubt you would be able to give them your full attention in a public place.

As for better effects with more use...Yeah, I guess that's right, but for an unexpected reason. The more you try I-Doser, the more you will know about techniques and what to listen for.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

I've always equated listening to doses as listening to music. A dose is like a song. When you listen to a song for the first time, you might catch some of the rhythm and melody, but you can't usually get into it because you've never heard it before. By the third or fourth time listening to the song, you can usually get a much better handle on what is actually going on in the song. That's why your brain won't be ready to get the full effects from a dose the first time you do it. Once you listen a few times, the brainwave transitions should be much easier.
