How to make it work?

Hello, i'm pretty new to the I-doser program but my friend showed me an MP3 File and i got a pretty good experience which id like to try again. But in the real program. (DRG. Files)

I downloaded my free 3 doses and started the program. i choosed the right dose and pressed "play dose" Then this error message comes upp

"Can't open audio device (16-bit stereo, 44100Hz): The said format isn't supported and can't b translated. You can see the supported formats with the funtion "Capabilities""

Help me please? My computer is great so i don't think that's the problem

It seems like everyone gets this problem with the free doses. All I can say is try to unzip the folder they come in and then open them, opening files from compressed folders can cause problems.
