How do you mix two pictures together without using Photoshop? Like, if you have a picture of someone and you want to cut a picture of yourself out and put it with the person in the picture. Can you do that any other way without using Photoshop?

layers in photoshop create a new layer use transparency a brush.. shit like that.. i did a cool pic of me when i smoked some weed and took some xanax's with it... oh and some ambien too..
i might upload it to here sometime today if i can find it
