Ouick Hits?

I know that theyre supposed to be the same thing except shorter, but is it still as good as the regular version? Because im about to do the Peyote QH because id rather have more time, but I dont want to waste the time. This is going to be my second time ever.

To my knowledge, QH hits don't work as long as the normal versions. I personally believe that the longer ones will help your brain get used to the change in frequencies and such but that's just an educated guess.
