sorry if youve heard this over a thousand times but I need to know these simple things
1)What volume should you listen to them? must it be loud so you can hear it clearly? or so you can hear it barely , etc etc
2)Ive already seen 2 answers to this but I need to hear more just incase... Music with listening to a dose??? Is it possible?
3) whats the preferable thing to do while doing a dose? Must I just lcose my eyes and listen and chill? or can I do other things?
