speed doesn't work very good... :(

hi,
i just tried speed on i-doser.
i was lieing in my bed and had my eyes closed.
first i got a little headache but after a while i didn't feel it any more.
i got a little bit warm.
some flashes appeared and i was dizzy after i stood up after it finished.

well, speed is VERY STRONG, but i think there had do be more effects...
what shall i do? hear it louder?
do i have to be older (i'm 14 now)?

please help.

i gonna try hand of god next time. i hope it's harder.
