What to do while listening to doses?
some ppl say count backwards but idk

I focus on the pulsing beat and some how that usually lead to me thinking of drums in different songs I had listened to through out the day and a lot of the time I get closed eye visuals and focus on those as well and try and control them by the "music" I am hearing in my head and then I go numb and the effects kick in.

i think of some song and it seems like i would be listening it instead of the dose
