Okay its hard to concentrate on one thing. But what of three?
Breath through as though it feels like your breathing through a lung under your belly button and breath in your nose slowly and out through your nose faster. Now focus on your breath until you cannot anymore. Now start concentrating on what you hear until you cannot anymore without your inner dialogue. Now start to on what you see behind your eyes until you cannot any more. And keep doing this cycle.
