another tip: if you experience that you are falling asleep, i think your bed may be the culprit. Try setting up a comfy spot with pillows elsewhere in your room/house. Since it isn't your bed, your body will have a harder time trying to go to sleep. Then you can trip out. Worked for me :D

Hey subway. These are good tips that are probably helping a lot of people, however, Ive found that your tips with going into trances are only completely necessary for psychadelics.

When I put on cocaine or marijuana I never have any need to burden myself of the chore of achieving trance. I find that to achieve full affects do your setup however you want to keep your eyes closed, (which removes blinking, which drives me out of a trance) and count backwards. As long as you don't overburden yourself with thoughts and keep the music "audible" it should work anyway.

subway, I understand what you mean by falling into a subconscious state. The problem for me is staying in such a state. For a few seconds I will go into it, then abruptly jump back out. I can never seem to stay there. Do you have any tips for staying in the subconscious state? I've tried focusing, but focusing more seems to only make it worse.

verrsili, at first i had trouble trying to stop daydreaming. i found counting down from around 500 worked, and gradually i rained myself to do it less.

How to lay

Post by kdsl »

Has anyone found that they get better results laying on their stomach or on their back?
