Astral Projection

I think the astral projection dose is a good thing to use only to FOCUS while practicing an astral projection. I have tried astral projection dose alone, and there where no results. Now I had my first astral projection by doing all of the steps to get an astral projection or an OOBE. Mine lasted about 1 or 2 seconds, but it is a start.

its funny that your post has 700 views but no one said anything (until now) i hope to try astral projection soon. should i do it before i go to sleep?

yeah i guess, but not if you have anxiety at night like me lol
during the day would work i guess dunno never tried it
just no distrubances
