I started listening with my eyes closed, headphones on, and a hat over my eyes too. Halfway through i start hearing a girl and a boy talking, they were kinda mumbling I couldnt understand them well. I freaked out and muted my laptop and took my headphones off. I dont want to try it again. Anyone else experience this ?

It's nothing to be worried about. Either it's auditory hallucinations or Electronic Voice Phenomenon. Your imagination can do that, especially when your nervous and there's a bunch of pink noise. (Pink noise is the background noise you hear in doses, similar to white noise, but softer.)

Whenever i do the dexies dose i can hear birds chirping in the backround.
