Long lasting doses?

It would be great if anyone would name the doses that lasted quite a while and for how long they lasted. Dont give me the depends on the-blahblahblah I want to know from peoples experience which doses last a while and possibly an estimate time.

Anesthesia lasted a good half hour after the dose.

I think the store says the Ritalin one is supposed to last for a while.
