I purchased HGH and decided that it would be a good idea to test it's effectiveness for the sake of people knowing if it works or not. I'm already on an intense workout schedule, and each routine is switched up every 2-4 weeks. I get a lot of protein, and I work hard.
I'm going to use the HGH dose at the end of every back/biceps lifting day (2 times a week) and note any significant increases in gains.
I am starting to note a signifigant increase in pulse near the 25 minute mark of the dose, which may be the kick the dose talks about.
Update:
Nothing major, but my reps for back/biceps excercises has risen since starting. It will always be impossible to say whether it works because the point of lifting is of course, build muscle, which would result in increased reps and heavier weights being lifted. This is also my second week off of my rest week, and I've been noting signifigant gains since my return.

It's not an "effects" dose. Go to the store and read the description. I'm skeptical, but my bicep/back reps and weights deffinitely have gone up. Of course the POINT of lifting is to see gains, so I don't know if my gains are above average or not, so at this point I'm just hoping it is.friendlyconsumer wrote:I'm really curious to see how this turns out.
