I CAN'T GET OUT OF BODY TO WORK, HELP PLEASE

I have tried out of body several times and I can't get it to work. At one point in one of the doses I felt like I didn't way anything for a few seconds but then it stopped. I have had two of my friends try it and it worked for them on their first dose. Does anyone have any tips i could use to help it work?
