Is this Normal?
When i did my first dose my eyes twitched uncontrably and when it was over which felt like 1hour for 10minutes there was this weird sound i could here?

Your eyes will twitch and in some doses, you may get some involuntary REM (rapid eye movement). This is normal, and it means the binaural beats are working somewhat. And the weird sound afterwards could be the feedback of having such a noise such as white noise and binaural beats in your head. Or it could be EVP (electronic voice phenomenon). Like if you hear a sort of ringing or distant voices (for me it's usually pixelated drones), that's EVP and it's normal. Don't worry about it. ;]
