I want a dose where most of the effects happen after you complete the dose.

Heroin is super cool for like 10 minutes after, if you mastered Heroin, holy crap. Or if you mastered like A-bomb

Cocaine had a somewhat lasting effect. I think these are more based on each person how long the effect stays around.
