does i doser work if i INSINUATE myslef that i like to go to trance state? ive never experienced trance state... and ive never thought about going to trance state while i was listening to any dose

First off, starting listening to condition, eat filling food use the restroom, get all of life's hassles done, now, sit, I mean literally sit on your bed with t-shirt or blindfold in hand. Now play the idoser you want to listen to, while still sitting. Take 3 derp, slow breaths and relax your mind and let the beats sink in. Now, place the t-shirt over your eyes not covering over your nose, because you could redirect the air to go to your eyes and ruin the dose. You will also need to keep your eyes open for most of the dose, if you can all of it, now pick a random number like 375 and count down from there while focusing on the beats, but don't focus on counting down, just let your mind count. You'll start to experience slight twitching, this is good, that means you are about to be or already are in your trance, let your body do whatever it wants to, what ever, don't stop or you will become fully aware and ruin the dose. Now, to see if you are in trance imagine your bed is spinning, if it feels like your body is spinning you are in a trance. After the dose has finished, take of your headphones and lay there, it will take a while for most doses to take full effect. Now proceed to move.

There really is no true time, it depends on how easily you can zone yourself out, for me that is, it also depends on your conscious^subconscious link and how strong it is. It may take 5-10 mins

For me I trance within the first few minutes of the dose. Sometimes its harder though. Especially higher frequency doses.

nothing experienced! like everytime, i felt like my chest and my hands are numb. but when i thought that im spinning... nothing happned! i didnt felt anything like spinning! so that ,means thats not trance state :/ im so sad :/ why doesnt it work?

No, you have to relax, you may never know when you are actually trancing, but yor subconscious takes over your conscious, if you just imagine your bed is spinning and you are on your bed (visualization) you can trick your mind into it, but when you do trance you don't actually feel as though as if you are spinning, but you can trick yourself into thinking you are I did it was very dizzing,

Hey now a lot of doses I have never felt that spinning feeling that you mentioned. Yes a lot of them will have that where your mind feels like its spinnig in two directions at once but doses like quick happy and french brew just to name two didnt do it for me. Also I personally know when I trance. Its like a crash through a barrier. I feel when my thoughts just stop and I am there. Then when the dose becomes my thoughts.

I think your using your mind too much. Your thinking to yourself "am I in a trance?" "I wonder when I'll be in a trance?" "Wow this is taking long"

Just let the dose takeover and don't think.
