how do you know when to stop the you choose dose? what if you know when to stop and you keep going and when you stop how long do the effects last for ?

Is doesn't matter when you stop.

You stop when you feel right.

It is supposed to let you meet a few states which the
brain can be in.

You can stop whenever you want or not at all, if you think
you're feeling pretty good you can quit and keep feeling good
for the rest of your dose.
