Which headphones to dose with?

Hi, I have a question.
I'm trying to dose for a week and still no big effects.
So I want to ask what headphones to dose with.
I have a pair of Sony mdr 210 http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR210LP-MDR ... ny+mdr+210 and a pair of Phillips headphones I got with my Phillips Ariaz player (Yep, I don't know the exact type of that headphones O_o')
So which are better?

Do any of these headphones use sound-enhancing effects, like surround sound or bass boost? If so, then they won't work as well. Have you considered meditation techniques?
