I've figured out that the itunes doses work perfectly for me, because I can concentrate on the music in the background.
What's some good jazz/whatever for the drug doses?

Listen to something that you like that won't get annoying, but is not too distracting. I like meditation music to play in the background.

I like to go to youtube and just play "relaxing background music" on low volume
