Lying Down-Does it really matter what position?

Does it really matter what position you lay down in while listening to a dose??? I'd really like to lay down on my stomach but I think that it might mess it up.

The most important thing is that you're comfortable. =) I've done doses on my side before, and it's worked pretty well for me.

Yep, comfortable and relaxed, physically and mentally have the biggest effect on a dose. :)
