Body parts falling asleep

Post by Luckyscs »

When I do these doses, I go to a dark room and take the doses laying down with my face up flat. I get comfortable and don't move my body for alteat 20 minutes when. around 10 minuts or so, i get tingley, then a few minutes later its more tingly, i dont know if it is just my leg falling asleep or if it is a result of the doses. btw, i havent gotten any results yet, i followed all the tips.
Do i want to stay totally still?

That's what the guy said in the "Getting the dose to work 100%" thread said... You're probably getting a mixture of the doses effects and just getting normally numb.

Try to remain still, my friend has had more doses work for him and that's what he does, and try to concentrate to the background of the dose, I heard that works, not the white noise the actually bumps you have to look hard for it. Also if you think your hearing music deep in it dont tune it out, you'll be surprised in what you'll see and hear from some doses.

Stay totally still, and get wireless headphones/better headphones so the white noise doesn't even exist, just the pure form of the .drg (these prolonged beeps).
