I don't really think there's a "begginer" dose. Just try what you feel 'n see how you like it!

Sounds like you had fun on "Alchohol" Wish I-doser worked for me! = (

Great beginner doses for easy effect:
French Roast
Opium
Trip
Lucid Dream
Content
Calm Me
Alcohol
All of these have been reported by first-time users to have quick and easy effects.

Bad idea. Mp3s compact the file, and lose a lot of the audio in it, and the effect SERIOUSLY gets weakened if you do that. The best thing to do is use the pure .drg, or convert it to a pure audio form like a .wav or .flac or (the best one) a .sbg.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure itunes accepts .wav formats, if not, get a headphone extender to extend your headphones to your bed/get wireless headphones/just lie back in your chair while administrating the dose.

Trip never really worked very well for me. Try Vico, it gave me the best results so far.

Mp3s

Post by The-Full-Range »

NO! mp3 do remove some of the tones to make the file smaller, but I've seen the coding for the doses and iDoser, NOTHING IS LOST. If anything, the subliminal messages to buy more doses are gone, but that's it!

Actually, compressing to mp3 WOULD lose things. Convert it to .wav
