I have a laptop, but I also convert some of the doses into .WAV files, for school, or when I dont want to lug the computer into the bedroom.

BE WARNED THOUGH. The files are fucking big! It took like 9 gigs out of my 20 gig I-pod. O_O Only like 15 doses!

Yeah I hate being tethered to the computer as well. Don't convert to mp3 because compression can ruin the dose, and yeah the wav files can be very big.
I recommend at least getting the mp3 packs, those are made for mp3 and still work well - tested by I-doser.
