So I just found out about Idosing while looking for ways to have an O.B.E. ive often found myself with sleep paralysis and have been frightened of it! it always seems like there is something else in the room with me..demon like... so needless to say I've always wanted to be prepared for when it happens again cause I cant control it. So I found the most relevant of doses consisting of astral projection, lucid dreaming, theta delta gamma, and all of them combined..ok so for the experience...let me start by saying I was skeptical to as far as these doses would take me..I wasnt a full believer...yet, because I would say im good at getting into deep relaxing states of mind(lots of stress) so I had been doing them for about a week with some minor experiences where everything would go gray and I felt much lighter and relaxed and I thought that must be all this is.. just another form of relaxation...boy was i wrong...so I put on astral projection and laid down fully clothed with my favorite sweatpants and hoodie, shoes on, hands in my hoodie pockets legs side by side shirt on my face(blindfold)...I listened for about ten minutes or untill the sound winds down to a hum basically and I started getting that feeling...and I found myself able to focus alot more clearer on the sound and everything I could see with my eyes closed and then....this took me by complete surprise...the sound changed again and i would say 15 minutes in... and so did everything else and I started hearing this sucking sound like a toilet flushing...i.e. LIKE I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE MY BODY!!!!...then I tried to do it again...low and behold there was that sucking sound and then I WAS FREE!!!! so the first thing I did was get off the bed and I instantly knew this was really happening....so I tried to run to the other side of my room and turn around to see if i was on the bed...I wasnt on the bed
so it wasnt an OBE but when I tried to jump back on the bed I missed and hit the wall and got scared that I was making alot of noise lol, but that didnt snap me out of it instead i got up again and walked around my room some more and tried to jump...well I just kept going upppppp lol sooo cool there was no celing! so i tried to dive on my bed to see if i would get hurt....I dived and didnt get hurt lol so then i was like what else can i do, then i realized i couldnt hear the dose anymore...and was like ahh man let me focus on that and see what happens...the moment I tried to focus on that I heard this loud screeching sound in my left ear and i snapped out of it!!!!
....now Ive eaten lots of acid, eaten tons of mushies, rolls, am a recovering ox/brown addict, I smoke weed everyday, salvia,dmt I mean you name it ive done it, and have been doing for a long time, and I have to say that 5 min experience on this dose was far better than all of the above! I mean I litteraly was able to go into a dream trance and use my existing memories and alter them to my liking...thats intense, cant get that feeling on lsd-25! and ive only been doing this shit for a week! when I'm good at it, i think i'll be able to go back to Tennessee or to Cali to see my sister or to Louisiana to see my mom...if anything i see this as a 3d memory that I can live in...hopefully when I'm good enough to stay in these trances...yet I havent been able to get back to this yet....but has anybody else done this and heard the sucking sound right before you leave your body??? and am i able to get into trances like this because im susceptible to night terrors and sleep paralysis??? sooo many questions now! anyways hope you enjoyed, i'll update when I'm a complete monk(new badazz) at this deep mediation
