Ok so I've been dosing for a year now and haven't fallen into that trance I hear so much of. But I DO get a body high while listening...and since I started I've noticed I kinda always have a body high. I hope this means I'm not immune!!! Although it probably doesn't make mud difference, I have a very high tolerance to ecstacy and cocaine (but don't worry, I won't waste my time and money on something that doesn't even work for me) so I dunno if that means I might e immune or what...but I do everything the guide and people say but I just don't get those effects :/ can people please help?!? I know you're probably sick of helping people who are struggling with this but any help is appreciated! Especially like you're process...like how you calm or meditate before the dose; how you keep your mind clear during th dose, and what to do when you start falling into the trance. Pleeeaaase help! Again, any and all help is appreciated thanks!

Binural Beats is more of a mental high, as it mainly affects you mentally not physically, except for the steroid doses and such, All I can say is it works if you use a very good pair of over ears, take deep, slow breaths and focus on thinking about nothing,literally, don't even say, "Hey, not thinking is easy" because you arestill thinking, take deep, slow breaths, really feeling all your tension disappear, and just let go of everything, let the dose be the master of your mind, or else you won't get a ting, I suggest also using the cocaineQH if you think you are immune, you will feel that dose.

How wrong you are. Binaurals can be very physical. As for me they are. I can feel creepy crawlies on my skin and such. The marijuana dose gets me more stoned than most weed. I think that if your dosing for a couple years and your still not sinking into the dose your imagination and your mind may be too active. Thats all I can say.

Yes, but that creepy crawly effect is caused from the mental changes and effects to your brain caused by the Binural Beats , your body isn't actually being affected by the binural beats per se, like taking the actually drug crystal meth, where you develop adverse skin effects, and "Meth Mouth", a few doses that actually affect you physically are those that cause a release of any thing from your brain, endorphins, serotonin, HGH which causes the "growth chemical" to be secreted from your pituatary glands. Ok where there well when your comparing mental high and physical high you cant say a physical high is getting sores on your skin and lips. Thats like comparing apples and oranges. A mental high is a high that you think you have where a physical high is where you are actually high. So you must rephrase how you say things as to avoid confusion. I think you are so eager just to say something that you dont take the time to read what you wrote and make sure it makes sense. I feel that about a lot of your posts.

I tend to say things that I seem to only understand when I read it. I need to open my perspectives.

Alright what I meant was that tolerance is usually from physically highs like Heroin and meth, and immunity (the tolerance of Binural Beats) is typically not possible unless you have some sort of serious brain functioning or something like that, or you just can't focus at all on anything not even if you tried. The only immunity you could get was the feeling of being bored with the high (Marijuana<Hash) (Cocaine<Crack) so you just go up the level.

Yes like I mentioned earlier your mind might be hyperactive so you would just have to develop a way to calm your thoughts.

Ok cool! How would I do that? I'm not like ADHD or anything, but even my friend tried hypnotizing me today and it was just hard for me to forget everything and concentrate on what he was telling me (like you're on a beach and your breathing to he sound of the waves)...I just have too big a grip with reality, I just keep thinking, I'm laying here listening to I doser trying not to think. But things just keep creeping into my mind...how would I do calm my mind like you say, sadlittlepony?

Well when I am actually dosing I will practice breathing exercises. Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly focusing on that ignoring everything else. When I am ready I tell myself to stop thinking. It usually works too

there is a little chance that you are immune to it... i think im immune too but im still trying it till it works

I am not sure you can have a immunity to something that causes your brain waves to change, your immunity is just your low ablitity to focus on something, and your easiness to be distracted. I say focus on just one thing, like an apple, a basket, a pencil, and just focus on that and that alone, if your mind is to wander, instantly switch back to what you are focusing on, over time the binaraul beat will take over your mind, and then you will get high
