Hello, so i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice or tips, to stay throught the whole dose, because over the time i've been dosing i've kinda lost my patience, i usually stop at 15min max, when i'm doing 30-45min doses.

I had trouble myself. I would suggest maybe doing shorter-lengthed doses to help train your mind to stay down.
I've heard counting backwards from a high number works for some. Concentrating on the black static i see with my eyes closed helps some too. It really depends on the dose, but when I was starting out I think it was just pure practice and perseverance that got me over the hump.

i tryed only listen to mp3 doses from the app, but they much more easier to listen to because of the music and they are only 15min, but when i started with drg instead it was really boring with plain noises and they are so long compared, it was much easier to listen to drg when i started but, i just got more impatient over time.

You can upgrade to the premium edition that allows you to mix music with the .drg files. It also includes a great collection of looping background audio that could help.

Good catch, I-Doser :)
I have to second that, the background mp3 tracks make it LOADS easier. I admit I haven't tried putting my own music behind a dose, the loops that come with Premium really are that good that i haven't been left wanting. Premium has visuals, too, and that may help, although for me personally, i think i need to stick to keeping my eyes closed for a while longer :)

One way or the other, though, you GOTTA stick through the whole dose. Quittin early is like a wind-up for a pitch....but then never throwing your arm forward, or even letting go of the ball. Whatever it takes, even if you get bored, just be bored. Finish it, and I promise, it'll get easier

Conversion doesn't mix in the music, only playback of the .drg.
