I've used iDoser before & really liked it but school & work got in the way of me really getting into it.

If you have problems you can email I-Doser with your receipt and explain the situation to the recipiant of the email he or she will more than likely help you. They helped me recover my 30+ collection (when it was that size) and they were very polite with me.
