Concentration

Hello.
After trying a large amount of different doses I finaly tried White Crosses.
It started same as usual. At like 20-30% I felt asleep. At 80% I woke up and in the next 30 seconds whole my body became shaking and pulsing. In next few moments I realized what's happening and started to concentrate on the sound to not stop the effect. But it stopped and i felt almost nothing till the end of the dose. So i realized that I-doser is much more powerful than i thought and if was just my fault in breaking its effects.
So i have couple of questions.
What do you usually do to calm yourself down it the beginning? I tried 1) counting down from 20 after every thought that pops up. 2) concentrate on the noise 3) just try to clear my mind 4) relax and do not think about anything. Almost in all occasions i like forget about everything and start to "dream while awake" for 10-30 seconds. While "dreaming" I dont hear any noises. But after I suddenly wake and have a lot of things in my head and i have to concentrate again and it repeats till the end of the dose.
And 2nd question. What are you thinking about when you begin to feel the effects? Sometimes I finally get close to effect but i breaks in few moments. I usually have my mind clean and awake when it happens. So I dont know what to do 8( Tried a lot of different things with completly no or just a little bit of success.
