hey, i'm new on trying this i-doser.

how would you recomend i start?
because i tryed the French Roast once, and didnt really feel a lot.

hope you can help me get some good experiences with this stuff. i really want it to work.

start with reading "How to get a dose working 100% of the time!" topic

then go to the introductions place in the forum and look for a post labeled 'hi'... that should help...
