I just started using i-doser a few days ago and like many others failed to get anything from it but i think i may have just found something helpful although it may have been suggested before.

using my ipod headphones in my pc i pushed the headphones a bit closer into my ears and held them their instead of resting them there as i usually do , a soon as i did this i felt a sudden huge pressure from inside my head , and i could hear far more of the base sound.havent gotten doesed yet though coz i went to post here asap.

seriously just try pushing your headphones tight against your ears! youll heare much more base at least

sry in advance if someone already stated this

Thanks for the tip. Is this only with i-pod earbuds or do you think it would help to do it with the kind that cover your ears too?

i wouldnt know about them but , you could try as long as your NOT breaking the headphones to do so or holding me responsible for anything other than your success :-D

the less sound that escapes, the better the effects, so i would imagine that pushing them would help.

i always wanted to do this but for most i figured the fact that my arms were exerting an amount of work to hold the headphones into ears it would possible mess it up but thanx ima do this from now on

Yes I've noticed this too, but when I push them so I can like you said hear more of the base sound the white noise part I can't here anymore, but then again it doesn't just disappear right>?

If you can't hear the white noise although it is playing still will you still get affects???

I've noticed this too but when I push a little on them the base does increase but the white noise I can't hear anymore...

If you can't hear the white noise although it is still playing will that take the effects of the dose away?
