Lucid Dream Dose Experiences?

I am actually just about to go to sleep and use the Sleeping Angel does... I'm still trying to get good effects out of it, but I've also been looking at the Lucid Dream dose. I've heard that Lucid Dream really does help. I just wanted to hear from any of you guys who have used this dose and your experiences from it.
