I don't know if this would be possible, but I think a Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) dose would be pretty amazing.

I've heard people talk about it (never been able to get my hands on some myself), and I guess it's the most intense hallucinogenic experience you can have. If you smoke it, it takes effect almost instantly, and it only lasts for about five or ten minutes, but in that time you are taken to another dimension. Everything around you goes away, and you are in a completely different place. It's usually a very spiritual experience, with some people seeing and speaking to gods of some kind. Alan Watts described it as, "Load universe into cannon. Aim at brain. Fire." Joe Rogan was on Jim Bruer's radio show, and he talked about DMT for a while. It was absolutely fascinating. DMT is the best drug ever. So hard to get a hold of though..
